Most of the program at Vaughan Secondary will focus on following four areas:
-Knowledge of content (knowledge and appreciation)
-Mathematic skills (mechanics and techniques)
-Individual learning (growth of the Mathematics)
-Co-operative learning (experiencing Mathematics)
Remediation and enrichment will be an integral part of Mathematics program, available in and out of the classroom. Evaluation in all courses will be based on test, examinations, assignments, projects, and the overall process of learning. |
