As the Facility Supervisor for Vaughan S.S., I find myself in a very exciting and challenging position. The Caretaking Department is responsible for cleaning and maintaining a building that is on 10 acres of land and having an area of aprox 140,000 sq ft. It is our responsibility to provide a healthy, safe and inviting environment for all staff and students. Built in 1989 Vaughan S.S. was and still is a, state of the art, visually stunning building. The day I walked into the wide open atrium I found myself very proud to be a part of the Vaughan team. I have challenged myself and the Caretaking staff to do everything we can to keep this building a focus point of the community.
